Genius Hotel Downtown Milan, Milan

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location is great, close to the Metro and just a short walk to Duomo. The rooms were a bit cramped but clean, and the service was welcoming and helpful. The dining was decent but could have more variety. However, the facilities were well-maintained and convenient.

Arriving at the property at 3 pm after a long journey, the hotel proved to be a decent choice. While the rooms were typical for Europe with tight quarters and a small shower that sometimes flooded due to a faulty shower curtain, the lack of breakfast inclusion upon booking was a downside. However, the staff was kind and nice, offering a warm welcome and helpful information. The location was a mixed bag, being quite far from everything yet conveniently close to downtown sights and the metro station. Dining was basic, and the facilities were standard.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quite clean and serviceable; however, they could benefit from better lighting. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of hot and cold options. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment.
